I have Designed, developed, and detailed numerous projects from small residential and commercial work to a large mixed-use development. I have developed schematic design studies, including site analysis for various projects, oversaw construction administration for multiple projects, dealt with project from clients first meeting, through design as well as as-built creation, site observation, field report generation, problem resolution, consultant coordination, shop review, RFI response and punchlisting. I am thorough with details and have excellent follow through with clients and consultants. I have also created and illustrated ideas for client review and city approval.
